This site says EAMCET Medical counsellings from July 27 but there is no news as such.
The Hindu paper says
The request of University of Health Sciences to the APSCHE to take up medical counselling would not be a problem either because of alternative facilities for on-line counselling. However a decision was not yet taken on medical counselling
