A Pune bandh Has Been Called by the Shiv Sena On 28th Dec Tuesday 2010 in Pune to protest against the removal of the statue of Dadoji Konddev.

Dadoji Konddev considered the 'guru' of Chhatrapati Shivaji, A statue of Dadoji Kondadev, was removed from Pune’s Lal Mahal and placed in a municipal garden near to the Pune Municipal Corporation office. A statue in Pune has created a political stir, after more than 30 members of the Shiv Sena were detained for protesting against its removal.

So the Sena has called for a bandh on Tuesday, December 28, 2010.
