Eureka Forbes India Worst Customer Care Service For Aquaguard Water Purifiers

The reason to post about this review is, We have purchased the purifier on Friday, ie money is given on 6th Aug-10, Purifier unit came to home on next day ie on 7th Aug, From that day we have been calling to Koregaon park aqyaguard office and also customer care office, to install the machine but no response. Finally we have get it installed by local guy paid Rs. 200/- to him, But he could not make it work. Thank god they have given all the accessories with the water purifier. Again called to Aguaguard customer care no, which is not busy, at 022-30449700; Finally today ie on 11th Aug, after 5 days Person came from Aquaguard office and made the machine work, that machine worked only for 5 mins and a big SPARK, smokes inside the machine, the person went back saying call to customer care.. This is the most shit thing ever happened and experienced, really Euraca forbes aquaguard classic is classic purifier.

Customer care service always asks same details, and after few blasting they have given us some number for their senior saying our request for replacement is forward to senior person, call him after 24 hours if unit is not replaced, when called that guy after two days, he says he don't know you, and he did not know anything about it, plz call customer care, its like giving money for Aquaguard Water purifier and getting f***ed by them, for calling ever time and spending valuable time, such shit companies does exists in shining India.

Ok, now got the euraca forbes Koregaon Park pune phone no from justdial Ms Aarthi +(91)-(20)-26003100 when called on her mobile - +(91)-9271273001 yesterday, she was quite happy tell me that she Know's the STORY (yaa story, we are suffering from last two weeks and she knows the story), she said the unit will be replaced by tomorrow. When called today, unfortunately she was sick and has to call to her office referred to kishor gayakwad, who is not available in office and got other numbers 022-30561724 / 21 ; but in vain, there is no one out there. kishor gayakwad telling my wife that, they do not have Aguaguard classic unit in stock, Such a childish reason, if some new customer calls for new unit, they will have it ready, I guess they are just doing timepass with us, feel like Aguaguard kii maa kaa saki naka..

Again called in pune office got their co-ordinator number her name is Sangeeta, 8007978380 ; This will not happen in even govt company, she is also not in mood to talk, and she said call tomorrow, as if we are here with lots of time and money to call them daily.

Woo, now the case is in hand with Mr Ayar - Eureka Forbes Service Head at Koregaon Park pune office, let's wait for one more day.. what does great things will be done by Service Head, if the staff is like this one can imagine how the staff head will be..:-) pingggg..

Finally we Got the New unit today, by courier, thanks, after spending of this much time and money(call once to their customer u will come to know); Lets see now when their service engineer will come for installation.

Finally On the day of sept 2, 2010, We got installed the new/replaced machine, This time by our luck happen to get visit by real technician, Learning, For New machine technician need to remove the carbon, by switching off the machine, previous technician did mistake while removing carbon from new machine, that he kept the machine on, while doing this, The water went on to all PCB area damaging the FUSE and making machine not to work. This was simple mistake done by their technician for which we have spent our lot of time and money(almost every day calling them..each call goes at least 20 mins, since they ask u every time all ur details..) Hats off to customer care service of eureka Forbes and their process.. We got customer care email ID - 'customercareofficer@eurekaforbes.com'
and concern person seema.avhad@eurekaforbes.co.in for replacement of water purifier.

woo, Again after 10days, happen too see the first guy, Lakshman Bansode, he came now to collect the defective machine, which was already taken by the technician ganesh, and they do not know about it, He says the service department is different and sales department is diff, even Gayakwad did not know about it.. this is best example of how big co-operates works and sucks in India

this was give and take case, initially we were being behind those guies, and now they are behind us to get the old machine back... it was with us and due to some miss communication, we were not able to return the old machine, now this is good lesson, if you want to teach lesson to those guies, change your old phone number, let them run to your house doors, and tell them that techinican had taken the old machine, they will take months to digg out information which technician came and all.. finally today we have returned them the old damaged piece..kudos to euraka forbes koregaon park branch, pune india...

Even i am facing heavy problems. From New Delhi. I filed a complaint on 15th Mar 2011. Still no solution. A technician came himself and checked, he told that adapter is not working and need to be replaced. Product under warranty. But after that no one has come till now. Had been calling their service center nos. everyday for 1 hour. Talked to service-incharge too. Even he says that parts are not in stock for past 1 week. And everyday makes promise for redressal by next day evening. Even the Sr. Executives dont pick up the phone. I have a water purifier Reviva and complaint no. 84509450.
